Delivery of Services

Last updated: 16 September 2026

Everything sold here is either digital or time with a person. Nothing is physically shipped. There is no courier, no tracking number and no delivery charge.

The reading subscription

Immediately, on payment.

Your account opens as soon as Razorpay confirms the payment, which in practice is a minute or two. You do not have to do anything. Refresh the page and the rest of the site is there.

Two emails follow: a receipt for the payment, and a line from us confirming the subscription is live.

Where to see it. Sign in and open your account page. It shows your plan, the date of the next renewal, and your billing history.

If it has not appeared within two hours of paying, write to iam@idinsayit.com with the payment reference. We will open it by hand, and if we cannot, we refund the payment in full.

Programme enrolments

There is no published schedule and no start date, because there is no cohort. What you do and when is agreed between you and us, in conversation and in the portal, before anything is bought.

After that conversation, a payment link. Once it is paid, the enrolment appears in your portal.

The material is then opened to you one session at a time. Your clinician opens the next when the one before it has been written and read. There is no timer, no release calendar, and nothing arrives because a date came round. If you want to know when the next one is coming, ask your clinician, because that is where the decision sits.

Everything is read and written inside the portal. Nothing is posted to you and nothing is emailed as an attachment.

Clinical sessions

These are not sold from a page. Access follows an intake conversation and our decision to take you on, and either of those may end with us saying no.

Once you are a client:

  • We create your portal account and email you an invitation to set a password.
  • Sessions are bought in a block, paid for up front, before the first of them.
  • You ask for a time in the portal. A request is not yet a booking. A clinician confirms it, and you get a confirmation email with a button that puts it in your own calendar.
  • Sessions are held at the time booked, online or in person, as agreed with your clinician.
  • A clinician assigns worksheets one at a time. A worksheet appears when it is assigned and not before.
  • You write your answers in the portal. Work saves as you go, and your clinician does not read it until you submit it. Be clear about what that does and does not mean: a draft is not sealed. The one person who runs the practice can reach every record, including work you have not submitted, because somebody has to be answerable for all of it. Nobody else can, and the Privacy Policy names everyone who can.
  • On submission it goes to your clinician, who reads it and responds. There is no timer on this and we are not going to put a number on it that a clinician reading carefully would have to break. Most work comes back within a few days. If yours is taking longer than feels right, ask, and you will get a straight answer rather than an apology.

Availability

The site can be read from anywhere. Some services may be restricted where local law requires it, and clinical work is offered only where our clinicians may practise.

How long access lasts

  • A subscription runs for as long as it is paid up.
  • Programme material stays in your account while you are a client, and afterwards for the retention period set out in the Privacy Policy.
  • Your own writing stays in the portal for as long as you are a client, and afterwards for that same period. You can print it or export it at any time, and you can ask us to delete it.

The programme material itself is ours and stays ours. You may read it and work on it for as long as you have access. Your own printout of your answers carries the questions beside them, and that is yours to keep; beyond that the material is not to be copied or passed on. What you write is yours, and that you can take with you.

Tax and receipts

The price shown is the whole of what you pay. idinsayit is not registered for GST, so no GST is added, and what arrives with every payment is a receipt rather than a tax invoice.

If something does not arrive

Write to iam@idinsayit.com with your payment reference. We acknowledge within 48 hours, the same as every other complaint here. If we have taken money and not delivered what it was for, we return it. What happens in every other case is set out in the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
